This looks very much like one from the Game & watch Gold series,With this one, its boxed but with some instructions from another in the series, what I do have gives no indication to who made it, it was however made in Hong Kong.

Not quite a version of the Game & watch widescreen series, but
once again a well put together handheld, this one was made by
Matsushima Kogyo co ltd.
